1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using SPAZZI, you fully accept these terms. Access to and use of the platform are conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with these terms.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
SPAZZI is a platform that connects hosts with available spaces and users looking for locations for events, productions or creative projects. We facilitate contact but are not party to transactions between users.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
Registration is required to use some services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the security of your credentials. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility.
4. PLATFORM USE
You agree to use SPAZZI legally and respectfully. It is forbidden to: publish false or misleading content, violate third-party rights, use the platform for illegal purposes, interfere with the operation of the service.
5. USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of your content but grant SPAZZI a license to use it on the platform. You are responsible for the content you publish and guarantee that you have the necessary rights.
6. TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS
SPAZZI facilitates contact but is not party to transactions. We are not responsible for agreements, payments or disputes between users. Each transaction takes place under the direct responsibility of the parties involved.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SPAZZI provides the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
Personal data processing occurs according to our Privacy Policy. We use your data only to provide and improve the service, in compliance with GDPR and applicable regulations.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms. Changes will be communicated on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. TERMINATION
You can close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or to protect platform security.
11. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of Salerno has jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer protection regulations.
